At Larbert High we celebrate achievement and success within our community in a variety of ways. We use our whole school Twitter account, as well as the whole school account individual faculties and teachers often celebrate successes and achievements through Twitter.
We also highlight out success and achievement through our faculty Standards and Quality Reports which can be found in the Policy and Reports section of our website.
At Larbert High School we are always striving for continuous improvement. Information about our School Improvement Plan and whole school Standards and Quality Report can be found in the Policy and Reports section of our website.
In January of 2017 we were joined in school by the inspectorate team from Education Scotland. We are delighted to be able to share the results and findings of their visit.
We are also proud to share information relating to a parliamentary motion, made by Falkirk East MSP Angus MacDonald, congratulating LHS in Holyrood. As well as the coverage of the inspection result in the Falkirk Herald.
At Larbert we have got a very definite focus on improving the experience for our pupils.
Every year (in line with legislation) we'll publish an annual Improvement Plan and a Standards & Quality Report, which will summarise the progress we've made and how we're going to improve our school in the year that lies ahead.
Below, you'll find links to download our Improvement Plan for Session 2024-25 so you can see what we're aiming to achieve over the next year and our Standards & Quality Report shows evidence of what we've achieved over the past year.
As a parent or a pupil, you'll get a chance to feed in to this plan to tell us the direction in which you feel we should be going and the improvements we need to make. You can download the documents by clicking on the links below and you can also email our Rector, Jon Reid, to tell them the good things and the bad things about the school. larberthighschool@falkirk.gov.uk
